Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account page. Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference; downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including UAE-issued Visa and Mastercard. Invoices are issued in AED. For annual plans we can also arrange invoiced payment — just contact our team.
You can export every document, contract and audit log as a ZIP archive at any time. After cancellation we retain your data for 30 days so you can re-activate, then we permanently delete it in line with PDPL and GDPR. We never sell or share your data.
